Delete Your Pulse UAE Account

To request deletion of your Pulse UAE account and associated personal data, email support@pulseuae.app with the subject line Delete my Pulse UAE account.
What To Include
- Your registered mobile number with country code.
- Your display name.
- A clear request to delete your account.
What We Delete
We will delete or anonymize your profile, phone-linked account data, profile photos, dating profile information, location data, and chat/account records where legally and technically possible.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Some safety, fraud, abuse, moderation, transaction, or legal records may be retained for a limited period if required to protect users, comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
In-App Deletion
The app also includes an in-app account deletion option under Profile. The production backend must connect this action to the account deletion process.
Response Time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the required account details.
